Shipping Options

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Cost: Free on orders over $60; otherwise, standard rates apply

  2. Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location

  3. International Shipping (outside Canada & USA):

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location
    • Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75.
  • Standard Shipping Rates: For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Express and International Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
