At Bamboo Underwear, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read our policy below for more details.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

  2. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team from form below or at pandacare@bamboounderwear.com to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • Contact our customer service team from form below or at pandacare@bamboounderwear.com to initiate an exchange.
    • Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange along with the new size or color you desire.
    • Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

  3. Processing Exchanges:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our exchange criteria.
    • Approved exchanges will be processed, and the new item(s) will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days.
    • If new item(s) are of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear that has been worn or washed
  • Gift cards
